Hi can i have a ppp.
Looking for some advice. My 4 year old has been sick for the past couple of hours. In all 4 times and pooed herself twice. Shes never unwell and hasnt been sick from a baby. I get that its probobly just a bug but the last time she was sick it was bright yellow(bile?) Is there anything i can do for her,im so paranoid to put her to bed incase she chokes but shes knackered.

Just make sure she sips tiny bits of water and put a sicky bowl near her bed the yellow bile is completely normal x
Give her water there loads of bugs going around at the moment
