Hi can I have a ppp
My husband and I have separated for over 4 months, we have a child together aged 1.. he sees his child only one day a week on his days off work.. he has decided to take me to court as he wants overnight access for 3 nights! I am absolutely terrified at the thought of this as my LB has never had one night apart with me. Has anyone been through this? Do I need a solicitor to help me? Will he get the access even if I say no?..
