Hi can I have a ppp
My partner is going through a tough time in regards to seeing his children his ex stopped him seeing his children 7 weeks ago due to her not packing school trousers for the oldest my partner phoned her to be met with abuse on the phone and when she collected the children shouting that she was stopping him seeing the children were seeked legal advice and payed £200 for then to send her a letter in which she ignored it 😡 anyways this week she has now agreed for my partner to have his children today for a few hours she is going to new York in a few weeks time for a week and has said her boyfriend is having the children not my partner my partner is not happy about this as they have only been going out 6 months if that and my partner has never met this guy at all 😡 so what my partner is wanting to do is first day of this new York trip he is wanting to collect his children from school and have them at our house till she returns home from her trip so I need to know 1 the children can’t be removed by police can they and taken back to mums boyfriend as my partner is on the birth certificate and the mother is out of the country there is no court order in place
