Hi can I have a PPP x
It’s not baby related but looking for advice. Over the past couple of months I’ve been through hell. I had the balls to ring the police and get out of a severe domestic violent relationship after he beat me pretty badly and I fled with my 2 babies.
As you can imagine my emotions are all over the place and there is still so much going on I don’t know whether I’m coming or going.
I’ve never suffered with anxiety or anything along them lines before but this past week (it’s going to sound strange) it feels as though my heart is skipping beats and I feel a couple of massive beats in my throat and I start to sweat a little and it goes back to normal. I’m just wondering if anybody has experienced anything like this? Thanks so much ladies xxx
