hi can i have a ppp

having a bit of a debate and not sure whats going on. last week i bled from the 13th to the 15th the first day had really painful stabbing pains (the pains had me curled up in a ball, labour was less painfull) yesterday i started spotting and was up all night with the same pains but didnt actually bleed. Now i have a dull ache in my lower back and have started to hit the end of a normal period (that horrible brown stage) does anyone have any ideas on what this could be?
