Hi can i have a ppp?
Im asking for peoples experiences of getting a residency order. Im getting one so that my ex can stop withholding my child and stopping him going to nursery as every week that hes had him recently if hes turned up at all is a battle to get him back but he is also not being looked after properly including refusing to get my child urgent medical care when it was clearly needed. its just spite towards me and unfair on my child. What did people do, how long did it take? What evidence did you need? Im sure they will tell me when i go but i want to be prepared. My son lives with me 7 days a week.
Any advice welcome
