hi can I have a private post please thanks when I gave birth I got a infection and told it was serious I was in hospital for two weeks and I had low blood pressure nd I was dizzy all the time and they kept me on iron tablets blood pressure tablets they checked my blood pressure every two hours nd had a cafiter and. Drip for a day to stop the infection I need to know if this is normal thing to happen after given birth ?

I had my daughter on the hottest day of the year last year so our temperatures were sky high and due to other things we got some sort of infection…not that it was explained very well to me .did you lose alot of blood ? Just as I lost 6 pints of blood as I hemoiraged so I think mine was down to that x
I got an infection after c section was in hospital on IV drip for 3 weeks after birth. Mine was sepsis though. Very lucky to be here from it
