  • Appreciate the non medicated route which I also tried BUT if it becomes a real problem and your constantly vomiting and not keeping fluids down you need to see your GP I had this and can’t remember what the name of it was now but it was horrendous I only just kept myself out if hospital going to the gp when I did x

  • The sea sick bands that you can buy. You have to wear them all the time but I really suffered and they worked wonders xx

  • TUC crackers or any kind of salty crackers. That and keeping a bottle of essential oil in your pocket to take out and sniff! I went to a shop that sold essential oils and picked my fave – sandalwood – I can’t stand the smell of it now!! 😂

  • Only thing that worked for me was fresh ginger tea. Buy the root and boil like an inch chunk at a time. Some people like it with honey and or lemon. Some people add a tea bag to it, to make tea that way. I liked it just with the ginger root and sugar. It saved me.
