Hi can I have a private post please?
Bit of a long one and nbr please. A fair few years ago I went on the depo injection for about a year and half, I came off it and regulated me and my ex never used protection but never fell pregnant, we broke up 2 years ago and last year went back on it for 3 months advised by doctor to go back onto it but changed my mind after first injection and didn’t go back, this ended in April and me and my partner would like to start trying however we haven’t used condoms since June. Just wondered if anything I can do I’m aware it takes about a year to get back to normal and my periods came back pretty much straight away. Any lubricants or fertility tablets etc that have helped anyone? I don’t wanna go to my gp yet as it’s only been 8 nearly 9 months since coming off the depo or should I go ? Not had children yet my partner has and understand it could take years lol. Nbr please just after some friendly advice 🙂
