Hi can I have PPP

So I was told I had “pcos”
Turns out I haven’t a lot has gone on but it was a miss understanding and it was hard enough to hear that to be told they were wrong.. been a stressful time anyway it’s all to do with my ovulation because my periods are so irregular I can’t do what most women can do when trying for a baby get the ovulation calender out and all that.. so we are TTC we bought some home care ovulation tests and obviously a faint line is negative and no line is also negative… well I’ve been doing two a day and I’ve constantly had a faint line (meaning negative)
And I’ve done one last night and about an hour ago and now there’s no line 😑
So I don’t understand because the day I came off I started doing them and it’s been a repetitive faint line and now there’s no line.
So does this mean I may well be pregnant or is it that I’ve missed any chance I had and will have to wait I can’t say when I’m due on I don’t know I’m so irregular but we really want this after all we’ve been through we feel now is the right time and we are ready there just wasn’t any hurry. Even taking seven seas trying for a baby to help us on our way
Is frustrating. 😡😢
