Hi can I have private post please ?

My nearly 2yo daughter has a high temperature, it started about 2 days ago but was on and off, yesterday I took her temp and it was 40.3 so I have her paracetamol and called the doctors(I had to wait on them calling me back) so I took her temp again after 20 mins and sat at 39, so they called me back and gave me a prescription for ibroprofen to take as well as paracetamol, she hasn’t got diaharria or sickness, she is drink well enough but not eating too good and she is usually a good eater, I know own it will be coz she unwell, she also teething 😢 I put her to bed and she woke up 20 mi s later and her top was drenched in sweat so I took it off and her socks, she fell back over soo energy back upstairs, within 10 mins she was back up again and her legs were soaking , I have stripped her down to her nappy, she lying on the couch beside me at the moment feeling alot cooler now but really sticky 🤒 sorry for long post,
Was wondering if anyone elses wee one has had anything similar and if so was there anything you did that helped ?
