Hi could I have a PPP..

So my 20month old lb is very active and is at the stage of into everything and climbing things he knows he shouldn’t. In general he is very good but I just feel that he is fed up lately. He has no siblings and from a young age he has always had a short attention span where things just bore him after 5mins max, and he doesn’t sit still for longer than 2mins. I’m just looking for advice on what people think of maybe sending him to a creche one day a week? Do ye think it would be good for him? In no way am I complaining of him being an active child as I know it is a good thing but I just feel that he is bored on a daily basis.
Thank you..X

  • I took my son to a lot of different groups & classes. They have parent child dance classes, music classes, kids cooking classes, messy play classes. They love it. It makes them so sociable as well lol my son is at school now but everyone knows him. And iv met so many mums over the years.
Check netmums for classes in your area xx

  • Yeah it would do him no harm. My son (17month) goes to a crèche for 2 hours a week. He really enjoys it. He used to go in no probs but now he clings to me when I leave but it’s all healthy behaviour so I’m not worried. Long shot but if your in Edinburgh get him booked into Dr Bells down Leith. Good luck.

  • It’s hard to keep them stimulated, even taking him swimming, mums groups (usually cheap £2 a go) or you could download MUSH the app it’s a mums meet up group & get him around other kids. Its about getting yourself out there. Who knows you might meet some new friends 😊 xx
