Hi could i have a ppp??

I’ve had the mirena coil in for two and a half years now. Never had a period on it until around 6 months ago. Bleeding is erratic and also light. Recently during sex sometimes sex has been painful. No pain after. I have never been able to feel the strings of my coil and go to the doctor to get these checked. Is it normal to randomly start bleeding or to have sharp pains during sex? Has anyone on the mirena ever had similar problems? Also ive done pregnancy tests and all negative!
