Hi could I have a private post please? I’m currently on maternity leave and I’m due back at work in February. My baby was premature and has a few on going health issues. Anyway my work are being a nightmare. Since the day I found out I was pregnant they have been a nightmare. Making things extremely difficult for me with shifts and duty changes. Which lead me to go on the sick as I was high risk and has previous miscarriages. So now I can only do certain shifts so they are wanting a meeting with me but don’t discuss anything on the phone. They still expected me to start at 6am. Which I said well I can’t leave the house at 530am. What am I supposed to do leave the baby alone in house in her cot? Her response was “that’s what the company expect”. The women I work in the shop with are bitches aswell. So if I leave after my maternity leave what could I apply for? Just until I find another job that does cause stress and are horrible. Thanks x
