Hi could I have a private post please
My sister has started to date a man who is currently in prison. We did some searching and found out through his ex wife and facebook just want a nasty character he is and how she could be in danger.
Long story short….shes not listening to us so my question is is there any way of her finding out or us what his record is…surely police could tell her his history.

Research Claire’s law and Sarah’s law to see if your concerns come under either of them laws..
Ask for “Claire’s law” via the police
Only works if 1 party has not told the other party about there last. Once the police make contact ant it turns out the guy has been honest in regards to the past, You can look a fool and that you are just bitter & trying to stair things up (a tad bitter)
