Hi could I have another ppp. I messaged about bleeding last monday and today i took a test and I’m 4-5 weeks pregnant! We are so happy but scares because I have been bleeding like a period with cramp like aches but nothing seriously hurts. I have a Drs appointment Tuesday but should we be prepared for the worst 🙁 I don’t Want to get my hopes up
