Hi, Could I possibly post again but ‘re word it this time as I didn’t get any replys but didn’t explain in my post very well – I’d like to say – Hi, I’m not looking for self induction I am just curious to know if anyone else has experienced what I’m going through. I’ll try to keep it as short as possible. I’m 32 weeks pregnant, at my first midwives appointment at 10 weeks they took a urine sample from me that came back positive for a bad uti, no one ever contacted me to tell me so it was left untreated for 5 weeks and then travelled up to my kidney, by 15 weeks in was in hospital on a antibiotic drip for 3 days, since then my kidney function has gone down and I’ve had a nephrostmony tube fitted into my kidney (a tube in my back that attaches to a bag on my leg that drains urine) I had that fitted at 26 weeks and have been in hospital since with serve pain and my kidney is making my uterus irritated and causing me to contract, anyway I had a internal vaginal examination last night to see if i was dilated (speculum test) and they said my my cervix was bleeding and since then I’ve been bleeding quite heavily and being sick constantly. Just wanted to know if anyone has had one of these tests done and it’s brought on labour? Thanks x
