Hi does any one know anything about sick pay looking through the internet I’m lead to believe that if you’ve earnt more than £113 per week on the job your entitled to £89.35 my partner has been off sick for a few week now with a sick note and is due back on the 8th he is due to get paid tomorrow and his wage slip for this pay says £35 sick pay and £70 holiday pay….he hasn’t asked to have any holidays he has just been on sick that’s it.

He is on a full time zero hour contract and has always had full time hours and pay so he has always had more than the £113 per week it states on the to website

Just wanting to know if his pay is right or wrong as this is now leaving us unable to pay our rent witch is due beginning of Jan
