Hi I have a problem with trying to get an 11yr old boy to eat lunch at school. He recently started secondary school & I found out he’s skipping lunch, just says he’s not hungry. Probably wants to go & play but the thing is he’s tiny (runs in the family) & has previously been bullied for this years ago, he does lots of sports but just will not eat much. Are they any books or advice anyone could give please. I can’t contact the school as it’s ‘big’ school & wouldnt want him getting stigmatised/embarrassed. I’ve tried explaining the importance of food to grow etc but eating just seem to come way down his list of importance. Not sure how to get through to him.
