Hi, I’m looking for some advice.
My ex partner and I separated around 2 years ago and he walked out of the kids lives almost a year ago and we haven’t heard from him since.
Me and my current partner were talking about moving in together where he lives, which is 100 miles away from my current city.
I’m not sure on what the rules are or if there are any rules in regards to their dad. He no longer sees them but I don’t know if he can stop us moving or not. All the forums I find online talk about moving out the country.
Has anyone been in this situation and can help me with how it works or if it doesn’t matter.
