Hi I’ve posted before but could I get another pp please

Anyone ever tryed to go for parental rights ? My son dad is just useless spends all money on drugs acts like he never see our child but has every chance … the other day he kicked off for no reason and scared our child his mother even saw this so I’ve stopped contact his mother is mouthing off cos I said no because I don’t believe she could protect our child when he kicks off he keeps plastering stuff about me all over fb but because I said something and I’ve opened my mouth about all the stuff they done I feel like they are gunna use this against me to social services just don’t know how much more I can take of been made out to be the bad person when I’m trying to protect my son when his dad is the violate one
