hi ladies can i have a private post please xxx so im looking for any advice regarding mediation.. my sons dad has been fobbing me off with excuses as to why he cant have his son overnight latley and it all comes down to me not getting back with him and him seeing his arse like a man does..baring in mind i kicked him out 2 years ago.. and right now hes trying to say he cant have him tomorrow night as hes “working” sat which i can guarantee hes not as man U are playing tmz night so he wants to be out getting smashed (this is the main reason i kicked him out cz he was never here for my son and would go on weekend benders and spend all our money on drink) so i came across mediation as you cant go straight to court and obvs i cant force him to have him but a set routine is what my son needs and a father figure..im not denying him access at all he just doesnt give a hoot and is very selfish..and i just want to add hes 35 and still lives with his mother.. so if anyone has any advice id love to hear it.. thanks in advance xxx
