hi ladies im needing some urgent advice please. my 2 neighbours are drug addicts and one an alcoholic, theyre always partying and have a house full, theres 4 children living in the house where the partys happen and 3 children that get left alone while the mother goes to these parties, when she returns home shes evil to the kids and the whole street can hear it! the other day her 13year old was shouting out a window for someone to help her as her mum was hurting her (the mum was drunk and drugged up) this 13year old has to look after her 5year old brother daily and shes very mean to him as she doesnt like having to do it all the time, shes kept off school to care for him while her mum n dad get drunk. social care are fully involved with both families but are unaware of this constant partying. i was stood on my garden a minute ago and could hear kids crying begging them to keep it down but they just ignored the kids and carried on partying, my question is do i ring social care now as an emergency as i really fear for the kids safety, the 5year old boy is hanging out of the upstairs window every 5 minutes! i really dont know what to do.
