Hi PPP…
My children’s father and I are separated, he doesn’t pay any child maintenance, never has – and if I go through child maintenance options I don’t think I’ll get anything as he doesn’t work or claim any benefits, he lives with a partner who is on benefits and they live off that. I work to support our children but wondered if anyone knows is there anything I can do to try get maintenance from their father? Thanks x

Unfortunately no, you can’t get blood from a stone. If he has nothing he can’t give anything. They can’t take money from his partner as his child isn’t her responsibility.
You won’t get anything because he doesn’t have an income, they won’t take money off his partner for kids that aren’t hers x
Are they aware he is living with her as she wouldn’t get a lot benefits wise with him living there and not working or claiming anything x
if he has no income or on benefits then theres no way of getting maintenance unless ur ex is down living with his gf then she’d b getting benefits for him
If he’s on benefits they’ll take £5 a week out of it x
If he has no income theres not much you can do x
No nothing if he doesn’t get any income x
How can he pay with no income? 🤔
