Hi ppp,

Needing some advice about bed times. My almost 5 month old used to go to bed around 7 half 7 and fall asleep straight away or fall asleep while having her bottle, for the past couple of weeks either as soon as we put her in her cot she crys/screams or she will stay asleep for 15/20 minutes and then cry and scream the house down, I have tried singing, sitting next to her cot so she can see me, holding her hand, stroking her face or tummy, nothing seems to be working. I thought it could be a bit of a growth spurt so upped her bottles so she’s definitely not hungry, she has either 2 or 3 naps a day about 30 minutes to an hour long she does the same thing at nap time. Wondering if anyone has any tips or tricks to help settle her, I’m really starting to dread nap time and bed time, it’s awful to see and listen to. Thank you
