I am currently nearly 8 weeks pregnant, I was wondering if anyone has any fresh new ideas to help curb the nastiness that is nausea? I’ve tried the obvious of ginger biscuits, peppermint polos, plain biscuits, currently been wearing sickness bands for the last couple of weeks, getting plenty of sleep and fluids etc…. but to no avail…. so I’m not eating substantial amounts as feel to nauseous and everything is making me heave, which in turn is leaving me dizzy, tired and weak, which is not a good concoction with 3 other little ones that depend on me 😞 any advice is greatly appreciated. Thank you
