Hi there can I have a ppp so basically I get ctc and cb weekly I work 16 hours a week well I should and there not giving me my hours I’m on 0 hour contract and have bills to pay and a family to support everytime I ask for more hours they say I’m unreliable because I have given some work back when. My boy and I were ill and when I had childcare issue well this week they give me 3 hours now I can’t claim working tax because I’m not doing 16 hours a week can I make a claim to income support for obvious reasons or will it be universal credit as I can’t survive on no money for up to 8 weeks help a mummy out x
