Hi what does plus 2 protein in wee actually mean the midwife has told me what it could be the start of and has sent my wee away for testing but im wondering what plus 2 actually means level wise how much protein does plus 2 actually equal any one know ?

They said something like that to me when pregnant next time i was tested was all clear so id try not to worry. They dont really explain much do they unless you push for more info x
I’m a type 1 diabetic and I have kidney disease so when pregnant I can’t take my pills and my protein is 5+ coz of kidney leakage maybe you have a kidney or urine infection
I had it with mine, they’ll just keep a eye on you for signs of preeclampsia, but the protein can also be sign of infection
