Hiya, can I have a Ppp
I am getting sole occupancy council tax discount as I am a single mum and only adult living in my flat. I received a letter from the council today that was delivered to the wrong house number saying, further to a letter dated 30th October (which I have searched high and low for and I am pretty sure I never received) I have 7 days to respond to a sole occupancy review or have to pay a £70 penalty. This letter is dated 21st November. I am quite worried now I will be taken to court as I usually very organised with this sort of thing and never been in trouble before! Has anyone been in this situation and it worked out ok? Tia xx
