Hiya could I have a PPP?

I have just left an emotionally and financially abusive relationship. I transferred him £500 a month bills money which was more than enough to cover bills and enough left for a rainy day/ emergency fund. The gas and electricity accounts were in my name alone and the company failed to set up a direct debit for months on end. The balance remaining when I left the property is £660, I have paid my ex enough to cover this already and an extra few hundred pounds which were for the rainy day fund. My ex can not account for this money at all and is refusing to pay the gas and electricity bill. Is there anything I can do? I have proof that he should have £700 of my money sat in an account and we split all bills 50/50. I have nothing. I’m at my mums house with my baby. My money is tied up in his house which he is refusing to give me and what little money I have I need to provide for my baby whilst I’m still on maternity leave. Can he really do this? Just leave me in the shit like this?
