Hiya could you do me a private post please?

1st session today for my PND and anxiety. Saw what I used to call a work friend til she blanked me -thanks for that 👍
After an informal chat and lots of q and a’ s i sat there trying to stop myself from getting upset when she asked a normal run of the mill question. “Who’s your next of kin?” I had to sit and say no one…..im 41 with not one single person that I can rely on to be put as my next of kin…..how pathetic and sad is that. I don’t want sympathy or anything just wanted a vent
