Can I have a PP please?

So, for a few years now ive been on the merina coil & pill combo to help with non stop bleeding.
I noticed about 3 months ago that I was starting to balloon in weight so u took myself off the pill.
Fully expecting my periods/bleeding to return as it always has done, even if I missed the odd pill, I’d always have a bleed.
However, I’ve still not bled!!!

This evening, when I took my bra off I found that I’ve also been LEAKING!! 😱

Is it worth me doing a test do you think?
Could I actually be pregnant? (Would be roughly about 6/7 months!!!!)
