Hoya, please can I have a private post.
So basically I’ve got childcare problems, I’m due back at work in 3 months. I work nights in a care home and there’s nobody to watch my daughter overnight. Her nana said she would take her to her nursery for the day but can’t look after her at night because of her age and she works all week so needs her rest. There’s no chance of me transferring to days at the care home I work at as people have been waiting for a year to be transferred. I’ve tried looking for other care home jobs on days around where I live but I’m so unsure of what to do and I haven’t got long until I have to go back.
Any advice?
