I had a miscarriage 5 months ago it was my first pregnancy went to visit my gp a few weeks ago and he told me my folic acid levels are very low but now am staring to worry because I’m not falling pregnant

Maybe try taking pre pregnancy vitamins they can help aid conception.
Take multivitamin as they contain folic acid and cheaper then the pregnancy brands which contain the same stuff x
It doesn’t always happen immediately. It took us 10 years!!!
