Depends on what visitation you have in place with the courts? As he’s the biological Dad, if the courts & social services are they same where you are to where I am, then not a lot…. my brother did exactly this, refused to give his son back, his ex had to fight him through the courts for 8 months with social services visits, court hearings all the time, the social services didn’t seem to care because at either house he was safe despite the court ruled visitation that was made last year, my brother kept making accusations in court which made things take longer & even with solicitors he still eventually was made to hand his son back with no apology or telling off for putting his son through it…. probably not what you wanted to hear but I wanted you to know if it does happen it might not be an easy fight
I would be extremely nice to him and go along with him and be rationale and say well I understand and I’m sure we can work on it etc.. then get ur child back and then say it was all a lye and u don’t want his new gf anywere near ur daughter! And if he wants to see his daughter he comes to ur house with u there so u no he isn’t taking her to his new gf.
Be tatical in order to get ur child back!
Don’t let them go with him and keep whatever proof you have xx

Not send the child see solicitor for a residency order xxxx
Tbh Hun if he’s on birth certificate and doesn’t return her police can’t do anything xx
