Just after some advice really. We have a 2 1/2 year old with autism, currently going through the process of getting a formal diagnosis. He’s a wonderful boy and we are so lucky. Now I’m pregnant again and I know he isn’t going to cope well when the baby comes, he doesn’t react well to other children and babies, we go to play group and see friends with babies and children a lot. I know he is going to have to cope but can anyone advise on how to make this all easier for him. I have been getting him involved as much as possible but he doesn’t really understand. Also with him having autism I know the chances of the new baby being on the spectrum are increased and this terrifies me for not being able to give them everything they need. Advice please I just can’t stop stressing about it all constantly and I just want to do everything I can for my babies. Thank you xxx
