Ladies I need some help….. Has anyone tried dream feeding…… My 10 month old twins are really unsettled from 2am onwards and finally wake between 4am and 5am and it’s killing us. It’s been since the clocks went forward if we put them to bed later they still wake just ratty they go to bed between 6pm and 6:30 they have an hour nap at 9am and 30 mins at 1am I’ve heard dream feeding g can help them stay asleep longer any one done this….. Please help we are exhausted

I dream feed my 11 month old 4 or 5oz before I go to bed at about 10pm. He was always unsettled at night and as I went back to work when he was 8 and a half months, I gave it a try. Although it doesn’t always make him sleep all night, it definitely helps! Good luck x
