Long one, Hi there, just wondering if I could get help with legal advice? My ex fiancee and I split up a couple of months before our daughter was born but when she was born we were “seeing eachother” again to start off light to see if we could be together again as a family he had moved in with me until a year and a bit ago and we both met someone new, anyways, he’s is making my life very difficult, he comes to see her one day during the week as he works very long hours 5 days a week and has to fit in seeing his girlfriend as well, but he’s had a set day to come see her every week, but now he changes and doesn’t text to tell me until the night before or that day that he’s changed knowing I have things to do like food shop etc while he has her for a few hours, he finds out I have made plans for the day and says he’s taking her then waits last minute and changes the day to make my life hell he doesn’t like to see me happy or out doing things he always belittles me and thinks he’s so much better than me anyways none of that is what I’m here for, I was just wanting to ask if it is possible to get a lawyer to put a court order in for a set day set time? And if he’s not there then tough im sick of same arguments and being wound up every week day in and day out. Because if he says he’s coming on set day and he waits last minute to change I then tell him it’s not good enough because that’s his normal day he will then do things that thinks he hurts me as such like stopping money and stuff when he’s not making me loose out its his child, i have no clue when it comes to lawyers and things, thank yous.
