My daughter has her outer conch pierced 5 weeks ago and seems quite scabby. I’ve been using sea salt to clean it on a daily basis but it still seems quite scabby although it didn’t hurt. Do you think it’s safe to take the earring out give it a good clean and put it straight back in?
