Need advice on how to get my daughter to poop on the potty, she’s just over 2 1/2 and has been potty trained for about 4 weeks now. She’s fantastic at having wee’s on the potty and doesn’t have any accidents. Pooping is a different story. She will go every day or every other depending on what we are doing but she will have like an hour build up to needing to go and will panic she will sit on the potty and get off saying it’s not ready and do this for a long time until the poo is literally falling out of her and I have to rush her to the potty to get her to do it in there otherwise it ends up in her knickers. When she does an accident we just say oh it’s okay we will try and get it in the potty next time and be as encouraging as we can. When she does manage to do one in the potty she half crys half gets excited and she always asks for a present once she’s done it in there and is happy that she did do it in the end. I just don’t know how to break this cycle of being scared of doing it
