Not baby related. June of this year I purchased a stroller from baby travel for £120. Less than 6 months later walking home the frame snapped with my little girl (18months old) in when coming down a curb. I’ve sent the stroller back and I’ve been told checks have been done and no manufacturing faults were found. I can see from the report they have only checked the breaks worked and that no bolts were missing. They have offered me a replacement stroller at the cost of £110 I’m unhappy with this because I can’t afford that amount of money 5 days before Christmas and feel a stroller should last longer than 6 months. I do used it most days for short journeys it only carries my little girl and a changing bag. Can anyone give me and advice as to where I stand with this please. I was hoping I would be entitled to a free replacement or exchange but I’m now left with no stroller and no money to get a new one 😔
