Please can I have a PPP.

My baby is 5 months old and has a milk protein allergy. He had an allergic reaction to the SMA milk and left his skin in red hives and very dry skin. I have tried various creams and oils but everything makes it red and very angry .. looking for some advice what other people use on dry skin. I am currently trying coconut oil.
