please can I have a private post am a little confused with me own body doubt anyone can help but worth an ask

last month 15th may 34 days pmt was heavy normal period
period stopped and had sex slight bleeding lasted 2 seconds

anyways 2 weeks before my period due again I am bleeding for 4/5 days light pink doesn’t come out in me wee as usuall towels was lasting longer not much longer.
anyways should be my normal period now and im getting stumache cramps struggling pee in a morning and near enough falling sleep outside or on the bog in a morning
anyone know if nornal for a period be like this

am not on no contraception x
