Hi guys
I’m 28 and work as a supervisor in a baby room at a private day nursery, I didn’t start till September just gone and I’m nearly 21 weeks pregnant which they know, I’ve not had a risk assessment, the boss has sent me no information about maternity although she has told me I won’t be entitled to maternity pay from her because of not being there a suitable amount of time, a family friend has offered for me to look after her son who is nearly 3 for a reasonable amount of money but a bit less than what I’m on now, if I left my job to look after the family friend, would I still get maternity allowance from government and how is this effected? Please can I have all information possible please x
