Please can you post with my pictures? Any idea what this could be? first picture was Saturday second picture today. It doesn’t bother him at all, it disappears under a glass, it look like prickly heat which is why I’ve left it as takes 3/4 days but it doesn’t seem to be going? it’s lumpy to touch? He’s completely fine in himself, no scratching, doesnr notice me touching etc. Will be ringing the doctors tomorrow to see if I can get an appointment but beforehand any ideas?

Not sure how old your little one is – but my son suffers from prickly heat and we were on holiday last week abroad and it flared up terribly. I give him piriton and then 1 also got some antihistamine cream from the pharmacy. As it’s going down his skin feels like sandpaper and it’s taken over a week for the redness to settle.
The only thing to be careful of is that the scarlet fever rash can be like sunburn/prickly heat (so the nursery told me) so it maybe worth getting a doctor to check it out just in case if he hasn’t had prickly heat before (and because he’s not itching it) hope this helps x
My daughter is suffering ATM with prickly heat bad her arms are very red and lumpy try give him some antihistamines if that doesn’t help then go to your gp first thing xx
