Please could you post for me.

I am just after a bit of advise… I think my period is a week late. My last period started on 15th April and before that 17th March and 17th February so always 4 weeks apart. However we are now 5 weeks since my last period started. Would you consider this late? Before anyone asks I have just done a pregnancy test which is negative. My last period was super light but very painful. Any advise would be great. Xx
