Pp please. I need advice. I stopped contact with my ex and kids for the simple fact his gfs dad has been accused of unthinkable things with children. My ex is trying to get access even though he knows my concerns and isn’t taking it serious at all. I don’t know the mans name or address so i don’t know how I find out if he is in fact on the sex offenders register or what not. Can anyone tell me how I go about it? I fear for my children’s safety due to these rumours and that’s the only reason I have stopped access. Tia xx

Can you add. Yes he lives with my ex and his partner this is why I have stopped access xx
Let him go to court then – caffcass will investigate – or ring social services yourself for advice… They will also be able to find out about him and advise you what to do…. Can contact be at another location?
Would the girlfriends dad be involved in contact???
U can ask social services to do a safe guarding check on ur behalf xx
