pp please!
how do you go about getting full parental rights instead of equal with the other parent? no negative coments please. just asking due to police, ss being invovled for a few years. kept giving the other parents chance after chance untill they kept the kids whilst threatening me infront of them and not giving them back. there’s no talking to them, the kids arnt in a good environment when they are with the other parent. I havnt wanted to stop them for the sake of the kids but alot has gone on and the kids around be around it. also wanted to try take them out of school whilst I was at work so i couldn’t find them.
Just any advice if someone’s been in the same boat or what options are ? My daughter’s nursery has said they won’t the other parent take her as its happend in the past, police were invovled, court injunctions were in place and he was lets say not one he best place but my son’s primary school are saying it’s hard as legally we both have rights although they know he shouldn’t go with anyone apart from me.
