PP please,
My partner (of 3 years) and daughter (8) have a very on off relationship, he’s quite strict and she has never really liked that, probably because she used to get her own way a lot, anyway yesterday as we were waiting to board a flight home from our holiday, he told her off for something, nothing major but she then proceeded to shout at him calling him nasty and refusing to sit near us, so because of that outburst he took her phone off her, the shouting progressed into screaming and he had warned her if she didn’t stop he’d put her phone in the bin, she didn’t stop and the phone ended up in pieces in a bin in Las Palmas airport 😑 luckily a man helped us fish it out. I didn’t know where to stand, which is usually the case when they go at each other. I don’t really have anyone to talk to about it, I don’t want to take sides, i know they both took it too far, I guess I just want to know what someone else might have done in that situation?
