Advice needed.

So my daughter’s sperm donner doesn’t see her couldnt be bothered and was only interested in me and owes loads in csa. He hasn’t seen her since 9 months shes over 4 and half .I tried supervised contact and he applied for custody didn’t go. Had 5 court orders not one did he follow. He owes best part of a grand if not more in csa for my daughter. He has a son already and today found out he’s got another baby. My friend was fuming as she said he shouldn’t be inpregnanting women when he doesn’t see or pay for my little one. I’m not the slightest bit bothered he’s popping babies out here there and every where. He can do as he pleases. My little one has been raised by my partner since 14 months old. So she doesn’t know him and yes she calls my partner daddy and this is what we both agreed on as her dad’s never been around. So no bashing please. Is there anything I can do to with him not paying and also if he ever takes me to court again does he stand a chance of contact as he’s failed 5 court order and indirect contact and no involvement for 3 nearly 4 years.
